Once you install the system you can add either ISC DHCP or WIDE DHCP
Both have FreeBSD clients, I prefer ISC.

For the installation you'll need to specify a static IP.  Just choose
one that is on the net but either not part of any DHCP pool or unlikely
to be in use at the moment.
