There's nothing broken, so there's nothing to fix (IMO).

Uhm, what are you talking about?  The Makefile does exactly
that:

        -rm -rf ${CHROOTDIR}
        -chflags -R noschg ${CHROOTDIR}/.
        -rm -rf ${CHROOTDIR}
</quote>
