Brett, I know this is a bit late, but some of us do a fine job af
"marketing" and PR at a grassroots level, most of my students are now
starting to use FreeBSD and consider it a more than viable alternative to
Linux, this was by saying "Hey I respect Linux, but take a look at this"
I've burned mroe copies of my 3.1 CD's in the past 2 months than I ever
have.

Another thing is, YOUR PR is very effective at inflaming people, not
gaining them to your side. Thats what it is effective in doing. Not in
promoting FreeBSD (at least from my standpoint)

JOrdan is just the type of spokeperson that got some major FreeBSD
representation at one of the Open Source discussion forums lately, as well
as getting Eric Raymond to agree to wear a FreeBSD polo shirt if sent to
him.

You are just the person who tends to piss people off.
