You didn't specify if you were looking for a new or used laptop, so my
recommendation will fall into the "used" category. I've been running
2.2.6-STABLE on my Toshiba Satellite T2115CS (486DX4-75 Processor, 20MB
RAM, 330MB HD, 640x480 SVGA), and have been most happy with it. It's done
everything I need, including running XFree86 and Netscape.

BTW, has anybody thought of adding a mobile page to www.freebsd.org? Not
to detract from PAO, but it *is* now possible to run stock FreeBSD on
laptops, and IMO it would be a good idea to publicize it.

Andre
