I'd just like to point out that CONFIGURE_ARGS needs --gpg-exec=${LOCALBASE}/bin/gpg2 added to it, otherwise it'll try to use /usr/local/bin/gpg if it is on the system or erroneously try to use /usr/bin/gpg (which doesn't exist).
