I'm noticing that the FreeBSD manpages page is not loading this
afternoon,


and instead reports:

Proxy Error


The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.=20

The proxy server could not handle the request GET /cgi/man.cgi
<http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/man.cgi>; .=20

Reason: Could not connect to remote machine: Connection refused

=20

Windows XP / IE 6, updated, and I've been able to access the page all
day=20

until approximately 2:30pm CST.
