This is an OLD version. Recvsup ports-all, update your INDEX(s), and 
try again. Everytime you cvsup ports-all, you have to rebuild your 
INDEX(s). Right now is possibly an exception because the 4.7 port 
freeze has started or will be shortly. Since you are using 
portupgrade, you have to "portsdb -uU" after every cvsup.

FWIW, if you had an uptodate port structure, you would be seeing 4.65B.
