Yesterday I installed FreeBSD-5.1BETA on NetraX1 and I wanted to use the serial B port as a network interface ( slattach ) . But I cannot find any notice about serial drivers in the dmesg output and neither there is no ttyb ( or cuaa* ) device at /dev directory . Please, can anybody advise what can be missing ? # uname -a FreeBSD 5.1-BETA FreeBSD 5.1-BETA #0: @:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/GENERIC sparc64 # comcontrol /dev/ttya drainwait 300 # comcontrol /dev/ttyb comcontrol: couldn't open file /dev/ttyb: No such file or directory # dmesg Copyright (c) 1992-2003 The FreeBSD Project.
