How does one correctly set the locale? Anytime I run a perl script, I
get the following:

	perl: warning: Setting locale failed.
	perl: warning: Please check that your locale settings:
		LC_ALL = "en_US.ISO_8859.1",
	        LANG = "EN"
	    are supported and installed on your system.
	perl: warning: Falling back to the standard locale ("C").

I tried reading perllocale(1), and set the LC_ALL and LANG shell
variables, but I still get the error messages. FWIW, en_US.ISO_8859.1
exists in /usr/share/locale.

Thanks,

+C
