Well ping and traceroute won't work if nslookup doesn't work.  Either
your DNS server is messed up or there is a network outage somewhere
preventing you from reaching any of their 6 DNS servers.

Their IP is 209.155.82.19.  If you can't ping that, it's a network
outage.  If you can, it's your DNS server.
