    All I can think of is that kmem_alloc_wait() is in a tight loop which
    means that the tsleep() call is not sleeping the process.

    cold isn't set, panicstr is from my 'panic from debugger' after the
    fact.  priority is PVM so PCATCH isn't set.  I am at a complete loss.
