I switched an alpha system from 5.2-CURRENT to 5.3-BETA3. After reboot the system stopped somewhere in bootup, the console showing repeated messages about SCSI system resets. I could not get the system to work ok using /boot/kernel.old stuff. ``Solved'' problem by reinstalling 5.2.1-RELEASE. Regards, Robert S.
