Actually, it's been a while since I last used hydrogen on FreeBSD. I've been happily using beta1 and beta2 on mac osx, though. As for whether to start tracking the development more closely with hydrogen, or repocopy a hydrogen-devel port for development releases, I really have no strong opinion.
