Sorry about that.  I didn't have my system 100%-up-to-date when I made
that mistake; sumikawa sent in a fix, which I committed.  That makes
me think... I wouldn't mind sumikawa being another MAINTAINER for
OpenSSH, since it's a lot of work :)
