Hi all,

Ive recently installed FreeBSD for the first time, and tried to get the
KDE desktop enviroment working It all seems to go well untill I enter
"startx" which brings up the KDE loader screen, and an error message:

"There was an error setting up inter-process communications for KDE. The
message returned by the system was:
Could not read network connection list.
    /home/xayto/.DCOPserver_hostname.user__0
Please Check that the "dcopserver" is running."

Im really new to using Freebsd (and to anything other than windows) so
have very limited idea of whats going on, any suggestions or advice?

Regards,
Craig Inches
