I had -stable crash this AM on a Dell Poweredge 1550... FreeBSD fubar.adept.org 4.7-STABLE FreeBSD 4.7-STABLE #6: Thu Feb 13 19:14:26 PST 2003 mike@fubar.adept.org:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/FUBAR i386 Now I'm trying to determine exactly what happened. The only thing I have to go on are the following entries in messages around the time it happened: Mar 10 04:10:22 fubar /kernel: fxp0: SCB timeout: 0x80 0x0 0x50 0x0 Mar 10 04:10:23 fubar /kernel: fxp0: SCB timeout: 0x80 0x0 0x50 0x0 Mar 10 04:10:24 fubar /kernel: fxp0: SCB timeout: 0x10 0x0 0x50 0x0 Mar 10 04:10:41 fubar /kernel: fxp0: SCB timeout: 0x70 0x0 0x50 0x0 <lots of these> Mar 10 04:12:13 fubar /kernel: fxp0: device timeout Mar 10 04:12:13 fubar /kernel: fxp0: DMA timeout <lots of these> I haven't seen this on my machines before, but have seen it mentioned here and in the archives. I'm cvsuping now; Anything else that may be to blame?
