By itself, sawmill is a pretty lame window manager, because it wasn't
meant to be used by itself. But combined with GNOME, it's very good. In
fact, if you choose GNOME as your desktop, sawmill is the way to go,
IMO.

First of all, an 8-Gig partition is just too big! Subdivide this thing
up into slices! If you don't subdivide it, then change your inode size.
Read the Complete FreeBSD for more info on this.

There's no reason that you can download and build the source for
4.1-RELEASE in just one Gig, let alone eight.
