As of a few minutes ago, the RMPORTS file in the MarcusCom repo behaves
like MOVED.  That is portupgrade will now be able to do the right thing
with ports that have been removed in the upcoming GNOME 2.4 (e.g.
bonobo-activation).  In order to take advantage of this new
functionality, you need to get the latest marcusmerge script as well as
do a recent CVS update of the repo.
