Hi there, I have some problems (ATA_IDENTIFY timeout) when I try to install FreeBSD 5.3-RELEASE (CD). With Google, I have found the PR of my problem, posted by another user: http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=74124 It says to comment some lines in /usr/src and then to recompile all. How can I recompile the kernel if I can't install FreeBSD ?! Thanks in advance, -- WEB: http://xjp.altervista.org
