Subject: building netatalk-asun port

I'm trying to install netatalk-asun on FreeBSD3.3-STABLE (source from
3 days ago) from ports. I cvsupped yesterday to the latest ports
tree. My kernel config file contains the needed options NETATALK.

During the make, it bombs out (after a few minutes of compiling)
while trying to compile auth.c

auth.c:145: des.h: No such file or directory
auth.c:146: parse error before 'seskey'
auth.c:147: warning: data definition has no type or storage class

etc, etc....

(I can include more if needed, but I doubt it will be of much help).

After finally deciding it can't properly compile auth.c, the make
gives up.

I searched the mailing list archive, and there isn't much discussion
of netatalk.

I do not have the DES sources installed. I originally set the
machine up using MD5 passwords.

Anyone have ideas?

Thanks in advance

Mark.
