My first try at building qemu (really emulators/qemu-devel ) and trying =
to use it. What I tried turns out to not work:

CAM status: Command timeout

and related material result.

Context for the below amd64 FreeBSD 11.0-BETA3 -r303469 running under =
VirtualBox 5.0.26 r108824 on Mac OS X 10.11.6 .

(Nested contexts when qemu is then started from inside FreeBSD: So I was =
not hopeful. But I only have slow hardware running FreeBSD directly as =
stands so I figured I'd try the below.)
