 According to /usr/ports/Mk/bsd.port.mk, USE_AUTOMAKE_VER is defaulting to 14
 when USE_AUTOMAKE is set to YES (which is what the port does). Can I see a
 list of ports installed on your system (pkg_info)? Are you sure your
 /usr/ports/Mk directory is up to date? Also, what is "portinstall"?
