UFS works fine with any kind of 8-Bit Encoding. UTF-8 is not an exception=
=2E=20
I'm using this since 5.3, when I started using FreeBSD.


# touch Fran=C3=A7ais
# touch =E6=97=A5=E6=9C=AC=E8=AA=9E
# ls
Fran=C3=A7ais	=E6=97=A5=E6=9C=AC=E8=AA=9E
# rm *
# ls
#
