If the rofug.ro patchset does not provide=20 patches already I suggest that you look at:=20 http://www.csl.sony.co.jp/person/kjc/kjc/software/altq-new-design.txt "4 How to convert the existing drivers" is a list of very simple "search fo= r=20 =46OO and replace it with BAR" examples. It usually boils down to searching= for=20 "if_snd" and picking the right replacement from the list. Reading the whole= =20 thing is of course suggested ... =46or FreeBSD 5.x you have to take the locking into account. Look at Pyun's= em=20 patches, there is an example for that and there are more in the rofug.ro=20 patchset. =46or some drivers it's not that easy, if you run into problems ... please,= let=20 me know. =2D-=20 Best regards, | mlaier@freebsd.org Max Laier | ICQ #67774661 http://pf4freebsd.love2party.net/ | mlaier@EFnet
