Certainly, your patch show this result, sorry.
But I want to know operation of reset bit operation.

BTW, why do you use ich version number to switch WDT operation
(In particular,  NOREBOOT operation)?
As far as I think, it is more preferable to use TCO version instead of 
ich version number to this purpose.

Because 6300ESB is a kind of ICH5 with TCO version 2, isn't it?
