I dunno if pam_ssh is part of OpenPAM, but 4-STABLE doesn't have
pam_ssh. I just tried pam_ssh of 5-CURRENT on 4-STABLE, then it
failed to compile. It seems pam_ssh of 5-CURRENT requires OpenPAM.
