- Find all dependent ports (LIB_DEPENDS)
- Use 'Tools/scripts/bump-revision.sh' to bump PORTREVISION

Note that bump-revision.sh would insert PORTREVISION *BEFORE*
DISTVERSION{PREFIX,SUFFIX} [1].
You have to manually adjust that.

[1] When the original Makefile has PORTVERSION, DISTVERSION{PREFIX or
SUFFIX} and no PORTREVISION.
