1. Update MASTER_SITES to ensure this [stable] version remains
fetchable.

2. I suggest a repocopy of graphics/xfig -> graphics/xfig324 so
graphics/xfig can be 3.2.5-ified without breaking workflows for
people who have a substantial investment in 3.2.4.  3.2.5 is a
major release, incorporating four years worth of code changes.
