The channel mapping of the M-Audio delta 1010lt (most likely the 1010 too) is wrong. Four stereo output channels shown is correct, but the sound of all oss channel 1-4 is send to pysical output 1.
Expected a similar behaviour the the 4 input channels. (all analog) spdif and midi untested.

Testet e.g. with osstest in terminal.

Most likely the kernel module snd_envy24 is responsible.
