That link works if you follow the links to the handbook on the website.

However, it's broken if you access the handbook via
http://www.FreeBSD.org/handbook.

Similarly, in the security chapter there is a link to the developers'
handbook, and there are links to articles in the introduction which
are broken in the same way.

What's the best way to fix this ?
