And if the sppp layer have several interfaces but only one line those
interfaces should be "blocked" so no packages will go to them while
another interface is active.

One problem might be that I have definde the interface as
isdnchannel             =3D -1
and this means that "take any free".

What if i define all interfaces to use a specific isdnchannel
then it might be signaled "busy"? Have anyone tried this?
