Hello, This was posted recently to the OpenWatcom newsgroup: _______ For people who don't have IEEE 754 and don't feel like shelling out fifty bucks for it at the ANSI web store (I know I don't), the standard can be found on this page: http://754r.ucbtest.org/ The 754r is a work-in-progress update and merge of IEEE 754 and IEEE-854 (decimal floating-point). As far as I can tell, IEEE 754 is the same thing as IEC 60559, which is heavily referenced by the C99 standard. Michal _________ Also for those of you unaware but interested in taking a look, the OpenSolaris libm was finally made available under Sun's opensource license. cheers, Pedro. ___________________________________ Yahoo!
