Do your Windows 3.1, 95, and NT boxes (I will refrain from calling them hosts)
have the TCP/IP stacks installed? Are they on the same network and subnet as the 
FreeBSD host? Can you ping by IP address? Can your Windows boxes ping other
Internet hosts by name and IP address?
