If you read carefully, you'll find that in addition to the $100 for the device, they charge you $40 for S&H which is kinda steep.  You also have to use
their service for at least 90 days which adds another $65 to the deal. 
So the price is more like $200, which is still decent, if you remember to 
cancel after 91 days (if you cancel earlier, there is a $500 deactivation
charge).

So, buyer beware, and have fun with it!
