yeah, i see.  i'm trying to not to duplicate the work,
say, i'll write truss chapter and send a link to it to review;
but someone else may do the same at the same time.
how can i determine, which piece of work (chapter, okay) 
is `available' ? :-)
hope that question isn't stupid much :-)
