The new patch for bsd.java.mk is at [4]. A sorted list of all affected ports (250, including Mk/bsd.gecko.mk) is at [5]. I'll make a PR to request an exp-run, I *do* expect some fallout (e.g. java/jboss2, databases/oracle[89]i).
