This code seems to have a bug at code or manpage. At a source code,
write(&BBELL) is called if (ntransmitted != nreceived+1). This causes
every time BELL'ed after only one packet losing.

On the other hand, manpage said "when no packet is received before the
next packet is transmitted." In my understanding, this sentence
describes "BELL'ed at packet lost only."

It is difficult for my English skill to determine the description of
mapange is good enough...
