It's there on purpose. It's not version 1.5.1, it's version 1.5 in port epoch
1. Maintainers sometimes bump the port epoch to prevent conflicts. Like
when they upgraded XFree86 from 4.1.0 to 4.2.0, and then subquently pulled
the change, they went back to 4.1.0,1.
