They are in /usr/include/dev/bktr on RELENG_5 and CURRENT on all archs.

BTW there are a lot of ports that use bktr(4) that are excluded from running
on amd64 by ONLY_FOR_ARCHS. Someone with the combination of amd64 + bktr-card
should test them.
