You can't do that. A domain name is not a URL.

You can point a domain name (one single name) at another domain name
using CNAME, e.g.

dom.a.com.	CNAME	dom.b.com.

But there is no way (today) of doing something like this:

*.a.com.	CNAME	*.b.com.
