>Description:

Some ports can't be installed together without stomping on each other.
CUPS and LPRng, and xpm and XFree86-4-*, are examples of this. I decided
to submit this as I was cleaning up the conflicts regarding graphics/xpm.

This patch adds a CONFLICT= variable that can be set in the makefile
to disable the port build (like BROKEN, except with a more approprate
message).

Automagic conflict management would require something like the *_DEPS
handling. This is a simple way to manually express port conflicts.
