Hello,

I'm trying to read out my CPU temperature but sysctl does not have a "hw.acpi.thermal" section.
On Linux I can use k8temp and it's working just fine, is there something similar for FreeBSD?

No idea if this helps, but it might so I'm posting this:

/// snip
FreeBSD kollektiv.roffel.ath.cx 6.2-STABLE FreeBSD 6.2-STABLE #0: Thu Sep 20 08:34:42 CEST 2007
