This has nothing to do with FreeBSD-stable.

No, why should they?  That's what the FreeBSD-questions list is for.
If you have trouble with a version of FreeBSD which is neither
-current or -stable, questions is your friend

Not really.  First we need a description of your problem.  In general,
mistrust the Microsoft machine.
