	Add initial Hungarian translation of Chapter 24: Serial Communications.
	Raw translation of Part IV is now completed, so the whole handbook is
	translated. Some MFen and corrections still needed, but I think it is
	a milestone in our efforts to have a Hungarian FreeBSD Handbook.
