>Description:
Part of the installation process for mail/qmail is to run a script called 'config' or 'config-fast' to generate initial qmail config files.

When the port is reinstalled, this script still runs, overwriting any customised config files you may have already had.
>How-To-Repeat:
Reinstall the qmail port with old qmail config files in place.
>Fix:
Stop the qmail port installation process from running the config/config-fast script automatically.
