Install the CDROM into the drive.  Set the BIOS to BOOT FROM CDROM FIRST...
Restart the machine... you will then be given a nice menu driven installation.

As a reference the "COMPLETE FREEBSD" book available both online at freebsd.org
if I am not mistake and in book stores/amazon explain the entire installation in
very good detail and it is a great reference to have for FreeBSD administration
in general.
