Greetings!

 The attached patch unbreaks OSS audio with sound cards that can only
 do 32-bit samples. openal-soft worked OK with this format if SNDIO
 option was selected (without sndiod running), but something broke in
 the last couple months, and openal-soft no longer produces audio on
 my system.

 With this patch, only OSS backed support needs to be compiled in --
 SNDIO no longer necessary. And it works.
