There is another bit of text that is getting woefully out of date in a
similar manner.  Our `new-users' article mentions:

    <para>You might want to get the most recent version of &netscape;
      from their <ulink url="ftp://ftp.netscape.com/">FTP site</ulink>.
      (&netscape; requires the X Window System.) ...

Netscape is not really a `modern' browser anymore.  I'll be working on
the `new-users' article, trying to drag it out of the 90's and into the
modern age during the next few hours.  If anyone wants to help, please
email me :)
