>Description:

Change maintainer for firebird. I have Geoff's approval for this.
I plan on submitting some fixes for Firebird which will clear out the currently
open PRs and fix the package installation at FreeBSD install time.
I also plan on submitting a firebird-devel port for later, less stable versions
of the Firebird codebase.
