I have FreeBSD-4.3 running on a Dell Inspiron 8000. Everything went pretty
smoothly. The only problem is that the DVD drive isn't detected during
bootup unless you do 'autoboot 60'. for some reason letting it sit there
let's it detect the DVD drive, and i have no idea why. The CD-R drive,
however, is detected with no problems. Other than that it works well on
the standard config.
